This procedure enables you to order (or simply enquire about ordering) one or more
items (or make a class booking) by email and is applicable to those residing in:
- Australia
- Australian Antarctic Territories
- Christmas Island (Indian Ocean)

- Norfolk Island

How to Manually Order Items / Book into a Class
- Create a Manual Order email
(this link will generate a new email for this very purpose).
- In your Manual Order email, specify what item(s) you would like to order (or class to book into) - the
information required for this form can be found on the page where
each item/class is advertised.
Help us to help you by ensuring that the correct details are specified -
if you are able to do so, you can copy and paste details from the item's/class' web page
into your Manual Order email.

Once we receive your Manual Order email we will quote you delivery
(if applicable) and total costs by email as soon as possible. Please keep a copy of
your email correspondence with us regarding your Manual Order
as you will need to send us a printed copy of this when purchasing
your chosen item(s) (or booking into your class).

If you are happy with our quoted costs, follow the instructions on our
Mail Order form.

For each item that you wish to order (or for each class to book into), please specify in your email to us:
- Web Page Location
- Item ID
- Description - ie the book/magazine/class title or product
name - this also needs to include any relevant particulars eg size,
book author, paint colour, etc.
- Quantity
Delivery area & options (delivery is irrelevant if booking into a class):
- where (ie country) to deliver your item(s)
- if within Australia, whether or not you want your item(s) sent by Regular Post or Express Post
Tax status:
Please let us know if you reside within Australia in which case
the GST (Goods & Services Tax) is applicable.
Note: If you are an overseas resident then you cannot use this process as we only accept
payment through PayPal accessed via
our shopping cart which requires
a Javascript-enabled browser. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Remember to keep a copy of your email correspondence with us regarding this Manual Order as you will need to send us a printed copy attached to our Mail Order form.
