Cancelling Your Order
Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel your
order. Note, however, that as most of our orders
are processed within 24 hours of placement (Monday - Friday),
your order may have already been despatched.
Receiving Your Order
Once you receive your items, we ask that you
examine the contents immediately to ensure that
all items have been delivered safely.
Customer satisfaction is important so
please get in touch should there be any problem.

Missing Items: We are not
responsible for parcels that go missing once they
are mailed out. Please ensure that your contact and delivery details
are correct prior to submitting your order.

Faulty/Incorrect Items: You must notify us
within seven (7) days of receipt
if faulty or incorrect items according to your order have been
received. Returning such items without contacting us beforehand
will not be accepted. Subject to our assessment, you will
receive a refund or an exchange upon request if items are
faulty or we are in error.

Returning Items: We do not accept any returns unless items,
subject to our assessment, are faulty or we are in error (see above). Consequently,
please choose your items carefully.
