Shopping cart cannot be used - important information

Door-to-door delivery items

Please contact us to purchase and arrange door-to-door delivery of your chosen item(s).

Other items

You will need to email us a Manual Order. We will then quote any delivery and total costs.

If you are happy with our quoted costs, follow the instructions on our Mail Order form to purchase your chosen item(s).

Overseas Residents

As our shopping cart Checkout only accepts payments from overseas customers through PayPal, you must have access to a JavaScript-enabled browser. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The following instructions are for those who can use our shopping cart:

Adding items to your shopping cart

When you find an item that you would like to order, simply enter the quantity required (if you need more than one) and specify any other particulars (eg colour) that may be shown via dropdown menus, etc, beside the quantity. Click the Add to Cart button to place this item into your shopping cart.

Viewing items in your shopping cart

To see what is currently in your cart, click either of the following:

the View Cart link at the top of the page
the cart image beside each Add to Cart button.

While viewing the cart you can at any time:

change item quantities including removing an item if you change your mind;
indicate what area you want your items to be delivered (if you only have items where delivery is irrelevant, eg you have only made a class booking, then delivery options will not be available);

If you want to check the total cost of your order so far, click the Checkout button and this amount including any postage (shipping) and handling will be calculated and displayed. You can then continue shopping or return to view your cart contents.

Paying for items in your shopping cart

When you have finished shopping, view your cart contents, verify any delivery and click the Checkout button.

What is PayPal?

Australian / External Territory Residents: You will have the option to pay by credit card online within PayPal's free, safe and secure environment (existing PayPal account not mandatory) or via phone/mail order with cheque, money order, credit card or voucher payment.

Overseas Residents: We only accept payments made via PayPal.

Please do not send your credit card details via email or cash through the mail.

As an alternative to purchasing online, if you are a customer within Australia or an Australian External Territory, you are welcome to make a phone/mail order and pay for your items by cheque, money order or credit card.
