Delivery

Most of our orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (Monday - Friday). Subject to payment being cleared and the ordered item(s) being in stock, your order will be despatched via Australia Post for delivery within the relevant timeframe listed below. There may be further delays during peak periods such as at Christmas so it is advisable to get your order in early.

If an item should be unavailable or there is any other issue, your order will be placed on hold and you will be notified as soon as possible by phone or email.

Delivery within Australia / External Territories

One of two parcel types are available depending on how urgently you wish to receive your item(s):

Regular Post: 7 - 21 business days
 
Express Post:

Guaranteed next business day delivery within metropolitan areas of capital cities (except Darwin) and selected other centres. (Refer to the Australia Post website to check if your area qualifies for this service.)

Note: If you wish to use the express postal service, we strongly advise you to phone/email us prior to placing your order to confirm that we have your required item(s) in stock for prompt delivery. Otherwise you are paying more for a faster delivery that cannot occur if you do not contact us firstly.

Delivery Overseas

Express Post International:

3 - 7 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities in certain countries.* (Refer to Australia Post - International to check if your area qualifies for this service.)

IMPORTANT: We strongly advise you to phone/email us prior to placing your order to confirm that we have your required item(s) in stock for prompt delivery. Otherwise you are paying more for a faster delivery that cannot occur if you do not contact us firstly.

Additional Fees: Please note that we are not responsible for any tax and/or other customs duties that may be imposed by the country to where items are delivered (ie the destination country). Any such charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

* We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to customs inspections/practices in the destination country.
