Profile - Pamela Farmer

Textile Artist Pamela Farmer, our own artist in residence, has conducted workshops in our store on felting, painting and embellishing with stitchery and other amazing creations with textiles.

In 2006 she held an exhibition of her fabulous work at Antipodes Gallery in Sorrento and at the Flinders Art Show where she received an award for her lino printing. If you have seen any of her work on exhibition (some of the other places have been: The Art Shed Gallery, Red Hill and the Lumina Gallery in Malvern East) you will be excited to learn from and work with Pamela.

Pamela has put together her own label. Many of her beautiful pieces are available in our store including her range of eucalypt-dyed yarns. The colours are really stunning - they make you want to run home and start a new project with them.
