What's In Store
We are very excited with our new focus on bringing to you the best products for all your Textile Art
and Craft needs. We also want to take this opportunity to tell people that if we no longer carry their
fine art products that we are setting up a new system to assist them also. As long as our suppliers carry
the product we will order them in on a buying cycle and offer a 20% discount. It does mean that you need
to be a little more organised and don't leave your purchases till the last minute. With not having to hold
large amounts of stock we can afford to pass the savings on to you. Many art products will still be held
in stock including acrylic paints, mediums, brushes etc, much of which is used in mixed media and textile
art.
We have started to introduce beautiful new textiles and silks in small pieces and fat quarters for
textile art and doll making, yarns (including hemp, nettle, banana) and silk products along with the
fabulous Kingfisher direct application silk dyes. Felting stocks have also been extended to include
beautiful hand dyed and commercial dyed pieces for doll making and backgrounds along with new equipment,
etc. We are delighted to again be able to offer a good range of beautiful new Textile Art and Craft
books.
Check out these items:

Contact us about any of the above
products if not yet available to purchase online. As we endeavour to provide you
with the same quality products and classes associated with Textile Artistry, please also feel free
to get in touch to pass on any ideas you have that may help us to improve our range or
service.
Crafters Weekends
Do you have a group of friends that escape down
to the Mornington Peninsula with you on a regular basis?
At Textile Artistry we can organise
workshops designed specifically for your group's
requirements. Whether it be felting, embroidery, textile
art or mixed media we can find the teacher that
suits your group. Contact us
to discuss the possibilities.
As with any of our workshops, if the day doesn't suit but you are
interested please let us know. If we have a waiting list and don't
make the numbers we can look at changing the dates, so always
register your interest regardless.
Just a reminder about our policy around classes. A deposit (minimum 50%) is required to hold your spot and deposits will no
longer be refundable once the numbers are confirmed with the teacher
(which is usually 3 - 4 weeks before the class). If numbers are
confirmed then the class will run and if you cannot make it
on the day your fee will still be required to pay the teacher. If you
are unsure about coming to a class and you don't want to
lose your deposit, it is best to take your chance that there will
be a vacancy late in the week of the class. When you have to cancel
a class very close to the date it is very disappointing for all concerned.
Take a look at our upcoming classes!
Hope to see you soon.
